Happy, Hoppy Time
Haven't had 2 fermenters going at the same time in quite a while. The smell when I open the chamber door is truly over powering. I wish I could fit in there and smell myself to death.

Nice set up, to bad I don't see RedBeard's beer in there.

What size freezer is that? Looks just like the inside of mine. Didn't think I could fit 2 buckets in there though.Beer-lord wrote:Haven't had 2 fermenters going at the same time in quite a while. Fermenting: Bucket 1 - Fresh Squeezed IPA; Bucket 2 - Empty
Kegged: Keg 1 - Irish Red; Keg 2 - Cream Ale; Keg 3 - Amber Ale; Keg 4 - APA; Keg 5 - Empty; Keg 6 - Empty; Keg 7 - Empty
The reason why the above list is so small Home Theater Build

Very nice!
Re: Happy, Hoppy Time
It's a cheap GE 7 cu ft freezer. Not rated high but lots of brewers use this and get quite a number of years out of it.gwcr wrote:What size freezer is that? Looks just like the inside of mine. See the attached for spacing setups I found online.
I usually only have 1 in there at a time but put in 2 to keep moisture out when I have high changes in temps. You can barely see it but that little fan really helps and does its job. Those Eva-dry units are cheap and come in handy.Inkleg wrote:Nice set up, to bad I don't see RedBeard's beer in there.

RedBEERd took his half home. For some reason, I don't think he trusted me to keep his here.

Took about 12 hours for the 05 to take off and when it did, it really warmed up...got to about 72 before I could contain it. I'm sure it got high on it's on smell.
