ok so if I have a saison style beer that had honey added to it:

is it saison du miel
saison au miel
saison miel
saison avec miel
saison des miel
other?

Saison au miel would be the most appropriate, but avec miel would also be correct.

My friend says "Saison au miel," also. She also says it sounds yummy. I've no doubt it will be!
