I've posts where people are wondering if it has to do with their WIFI (???) but we don't have that on ours.
Doing stuff to the settings, changing Sim Cards and messing with the phone itself has not helped anyone I seen posting.
It seems the consensus is it is a software glitch that the providers are not fixing.
