The hardest part of being a home brewer has to be....
...has to be the waiting, right?
I have to look at this for 2 more weeks! And then wait for the conditioning! Tick tock....tick tock...

Well, get 2 more fermenters and brew weekly. 3 weeks in the fermenter 4 weeks in the bottle. That way after the initial 7 week wait you'll have ale coming ready every week. Eliminates the wait.
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

The reason why the above list is so small Home Theater Build

Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I dont mind the fermenting as much as in my mind it isnt beer yet. Bottle carb and conditioning I hate since I know it IS beer, which is why I am so happy I keg my standard house brews.

I thought this was going to be a question........
- my answer would be: To hear someone order a BMC and truely believe they are getting a tasty beer.

Not to be a beer snob, but yes, as I have been accused of recently at a Browns game, buddy asked me if I wanted a LaBatts, told him no thanks. His reply laughingly though, was now that you brew your own beer your a snob? To which I replied, no just didn't pay $45.00 for a ticket to the football game to stand in line for the bathroom!!!D_Rabbit wrote:To hear someone order a BMC and truely believe they are getting a tasty beer.
