Vince, I hope you don't mind me tooting your horn but I think sharing your interesting article on bringing back an old beer is a must. Great job!

Pretty cool. Thanks for the write up. But I have one question, Vince, I hope you don't mind sharing the answer. You mention to dry hop, but there isn't anything mentioned in the ingredient list of how much and of what you dry hopped with. Looks like a nice easy recipe.

@BeerLord, Thank you. I also have an exciting announcement to make, I've just finalized a deal to become a full time writer for HomeBrewTalk.com and you've heard it first right here on the BeerBorg! I've been invited to provide three new articles each month for publication on HBT going forward for the foreseeable future. Here's looking forward to another great year of home brew fun and enjoyment.

@BlackDuck you are correct, the dry hop term was a little bit confusing, the aroma hops were only added at knockout and the oak was added to the hop sack.

Congrats on your announcement. Sounds like we'll have plenty of stuff to read. And thanks for clarifying the dry hopping vs. dry oaking!!!

That's great news Vince. I look forward to all your future articles. I guess it won't be long and you'll be opening up your brewery.

Thanks for all the positive feedback everyone needless to say I'm very excited too, this has been a year to remember for sure.

Here's another Borg exclusive, you are the first to hear it from me first. I have a major brewing water profile article being published on http://www.beerscenemag.com in December

Great write up. You've got a way with words.

Anybody actually try the re-release of Ballantine yet? I haven't seen anything in the REVIEWS section yet. Just curious.
