I am, but sadly cannot hear in theaters(over powers my ears) so I have to wait for the dvd w/close caps. Going to be more like Dec. 2016 for me
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Yeah, I have to wait for it to come out on DVD as well. People get upset when I watch the movie in my undies and drinking a beer. And they really get fussy when I tell them to pause the movie while I hit the Tink-Plop....or ask to rewind if I missed something.

Yank, got any pictures? I'm sure you in your drawers would be Smithsonian level. I'd even bid on it.

Nerd? You're asking if I'm a nerd? Let me tell you; I'm such a nerd that I'm too excited about the third installment of "The Hobbit" coming out next month to worry about the new "Star Wars" coming out next year.

But, hell yeah! I'll be there next year fer sure!
Things men have made with wakened hands, and put soft life into
Are awake through years with transferred touch and go on glowing
For long years.
And for this reason some old things are lovely
Warm still with the life of forgotten men who made them.

I love the Lord of the Rings stuff. I did think they left the Desolation of Smaug just a little too "we expect you to watch the next movie" though.

I had to laugh when people locally went to a movie theatre that was JUST showing the trailer. All the way there to watch something that would be on the internet shortly.

I like Star Trek, then Star Wars. Lord of the Rings trilogy was ok, but I can't keep the level of interest up waiting two years or more between movies. I forget the story line, and if the movie is 3 hours I likely doze off.

And getting excited a year ahead of time? No.
I have over 9,000 posts on "another forum", which means absolutely nothing. Mr. Beer January 2014 Brewer of the Month with all the pomp and circumstance that comes with it...

I'm not sure when I'm going but it won't be while the crowds are wall to wall. I'll wait a bit and catch a less crowded movie.
Anyone going this weekend? I sure hope things go well. I don't want to even think about the kooks out there that want to make a name for themselves.

Never did geek out over Star Wars. I mean I really like it, but no more than any other movies or series I have really liked.

I hope it lives up to all the hype for those that do.
