I'm afraid a lot of the technical stuff is lost on me, and I'm not ready to jump the fence on such exacting temperature control just yet, but having this information out there is incredibly valuable.

Thanks for sharing Jeff! It's words of encouragement like yours and others here, along with an upbeat approach to brewing, that keeps me motivated to deliver the most interesting articles I can each month.

I just found out how to get an advanced look at my feature article in the January 2015 digital edition of Philly Beer Scene Magazine. I have to say they have done a really great job on the formatting, graphics and layout of the article it looks absolutely professional in every way.
