Well...now I have my inaugural brew(the BD Ale that comes with the kit) in the fermenter!! Super pumped for getting my first batch finished!

If you don't have an hydrometer, leave it 3 weeks in the fermenter, 4 weeks in the bottle @ room temp if bottle conditioning. Put what you are planning on drinking in the fridge for 2-3 days, should be good to go. Let us know how it turns out for you.

With the wait times needed for Homebrew, some folks get another fermenter (or 5 ) and start another batch in a week or two. Come up with a rotation schedule that works for you and you will should always have beer on hand.
