Taking your suggestion and tweaking it just a bit. Bumped it to 2.5 gallons to try out the new BD Conical this coming weekend. Here's what I came up with in QBrew.

Going to do a short hop stand with the flame out addition (maybe 20 minutes) to see how that affects things. Thinking this looks pretty tasty to me!
