Firestone Walker to brew Pliny the Elder
Did we talk about this before? It's a few months old but I don't recall hearing about his before.

I remember hearing about this. And I agree with this comment:
"When two of the country’s best IPA brewers are in the same brewery talking shop and working together, it seems inevitable that a little side project gets launched."
We can hope!

I had not heard that. But it's pretty cool. And it would be awesome if they collaborate on something. I just hope they bottle it and send some to central Ohio if they do.

Re: Firestone Walker to brew Pliny the Elder
The brewery update is not an expansion and will not result in increase Pliny, according to many reports. It's just updating what they already have.
I don't think Vinnie wants to be able to brew more and I think they like the fact that they have lines outside their taproom with every brew they make. But, I wonder just how close FW will get to RR's version of Pliny. Not that I'll ever found out myself.

Since Vinnie is going to be onsite for the set up and brewing (at first) I tend to believe that it's going to be spot on. I guess I'll have to try some when the time comes!
