Had to go off schedule tonight to bottle because after cold crashing till Sunday I realized I had no bottle caps. :opps:
Tonight bottled up my first IPA, a clone of Two Hearted Ale, one of my favorites. Hydo tasted great so I can only imagine what the first bottle will taste like, now the long wait...
