Yes, 3 times. I still have a few ounces left. All 3 times it was a late addition or a dry hop. The best was the red I did more than 18 months ago. Then I used it with some Nugget but I can't say it stood out in that one. Finally, I used it alone as a dry hop in my Premature Hopulation and really liked it. Its a mid level alpha hop so it works well at everything from bittering to dry hopping.

Yakima Valley has a great deal on them right now. The 2013 crop.

Once and getting ready to use them again in my next brew. However it is a 4 hop mix. Cascade, Cluster, Columbus, Palisade, for a CCCP Lager. I latched onto using it because it sounded interesting but only for that lager so far.

How would anybody describe their flavor? And do they have a harsh bitterness?

I found it somewhat mellow and it's not harsh at all. Maybe slightly fruity.
