Nice... I love fermentation vids. Here's one of the weirder ones I've recorded... Those yeast islands are funky like a monkey...

OMG YOUR HOUSE IS HAUNTED!!!!!! at 7 seconds in note the "orb" appear and travel erratically before exiting out the left.

it's either a ghost or an angel sent from the beer gods to ensure healthy yeast activity.
