Oh crap, that's still in the fridge. I've had quite enough so I think I'll wait until I can speak clearly next week to enjoy that one. Thanks for the reminder.

I'm actually glad you guys decided to wait on this one. It's better tonight than it was two weeks ago. It's aging quite nicely. But it's still a spice flavor bomb. Get ready for an assault on your tatebuds. And I can't guarantee that you'll like it. It's quite different. I'm liking it more and more as it ages.

OK, perfect timing. I was going to grab it then read this post. But, I will try it next week.
But while I moved my bottled beer around, I found a Lagunitas IPA that was calling my name and since I"m BBQing, I grabbed it. Glad I'm not driving!

I just put one in the fridge to see how it's aged...glad to hear it has got even better. We'll both be giving samples of that one in Nashville.

They are back in TN now, but not in Nashville. Apparently they had issues with their prior distro here, and are trying to get out of that distro deal and into a new one. And so, no DFH for a while longer...

Definitely! Super smooth, deliciously fruity, no bite at all. Although I must admit, I liked Heady Topper better than Pliny! Still, both are amazing beers that live up to their hype.
