Welcome to the Borg, Steve! You can find that info ( need to be signed in ), in the trading post section of the forum and in the sub section " Members Only Deals ". Glad you found this great group of brewers, there are many different levels of brewers her that have probably experienced something that you may have a question about, so please ask, somebody should have an answer for you! The BEST piece of advice is BE PATIENT! If not using an hydrometer, keep your beer fermenting for 3 weeks, then bottle per instruction and let condition at room temp for 4 weeks.

Bottled 5 gallons of Ann Arbor Red on 4/18/17. Bottled 5 gallons of Michigan Red on 5/8/17.

Brewed in 2017 - 22.13 gallons (19.91 in 2012, 48.06 in 2013, 61.39 in 2014, 84.26 in 2015,46.39 in 2016)
Brewed in lifetime - 282.14 gallons

Welcome new folks! Its great to see so many new brewers here. Two things I hope to get to try is mead at some point and cider. They're I guess the last frontiers of beer brewing.

Time for me to step into the world of cider too. Just looked through the cider section and didn't see the Nong Cider recipe out there. Care to post that over there for us cider newbies?

But of course, the Mr Beer (have not tried the Brew Devil version) is also good, but IMHO not as.

Edit: Want to add, I do not bottle or keg carb mine, I prefer it still (no carbonation).

I've been down for a few weeks so this may be old news but have you found the section we have here for wine mead and cider yet?? You'll see we are divided into several topic sections just scroll down the main page to find what you're interested in.

There are quite a few members who will be able to help get you started.
