Hello to all,
I am from Central Missouri and been brewing a little over a year. Mainly liquid malt extracts of Mr. Beer. I am switching to BrewDemon kits and just bottled my first batch from their conical fermenter.
Here is my batch spreadsheet so far.

My other hobby is woodturning.

Thanks

Welcome...You've got some really cool items on your website. How come you don't have a nice wooden handled pry off bottle opener made with the wood like the Dymondwood corkscrews? I might even buy one of those.

welcome to the forum, massmans
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
