Relaxing now with one of my proprietary brews, Hoppy Motta Focca.
Re: What are you drinking?
Nothing tonight, but last night at the brewery was outstanding... Here are some of the magnum (and larger) bottles tasted (in addition to some homebrew magnums), along with lots and lots of bacon related foods...

Re: What are you drinking?
The trub bottle of a revision to a Dunkelweizen recipe, which was actually a Weizenbock recipe in its first version. I think I can further improve this, but this already seems promising.

No, I didn't drink all those - just like dinner we shared. I think the tip ended up being more than the bill this time around !!!

Looks good, Li'l Sis! I'd gladly try anything brewed by Victory, though. Those guys do it right.

Re: What are you drinking?
Trub bottle of Strong Scotch Ale from the most recent RCE. This is just a plastic bottle, and is still conditioning after bottling, but this has great potential. In a couple of days, I'll try a glass bottle and report the result in the RCE posting fhis collaboration.

Re: What are you drinking?
I've been sneaking from the Fedorus Magnus Kölsch, even though it's only been in the bottle a month. I'm determined to let a couple of bottles sit for an extended conditioning time, though.
I also tapped a bit of the Amber's Amber Lager, even though that's only been in the keg about a month. But it shows great promise, and having done the cheat, I know I can wait until Opening Day (or, rather, the evening game after Opening Day) to draw a couple of pints and watch baseball.
In the meantime, I'm going to have to go out and pick up a six-pack of something for the weekend. Probably an IPA, but I'll see what strikes my fancy when I get to the store.

Lost track once we got back to the house, somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 tasters of some very good homebrews!

Founders All Day IPA, which I bought a ginormous box of to share tomorrow, so folks don't drink up all of my homebrew.
