Even with all the beer, which we tried to finish, we stayed out of trouble. Even dressed like that.
Lots of good home brewers shared awesome beer.

And then, I showed up another case. Had a great time, Some great fellowship and tried a lot of really good brews. It was fun meeting y'all and SWMBO had a good time. Hell she bought her a case of pumpkin ale. I've never seen her buy over a 6 pack of anything for herself.
Jim, about to crack open your Cincinnati common (I think thats what you called it?). Chilling it now.
It was great to meet you and Lisa. Glad you made it back safely. And appreciate you taking the time to come this way and share your beer and experience with us. I've learned an awful lot in the last 3 days.........even some things I didn't want to know :jumpy:

Cincinnati Common is the style(sub style of the Kentucky Common) I call it ; a Bengal in the Rye. Not enough room on the bottle caps for that, so... :)
I'm glad y'all had us, I always want to meet folks guess it's a hang up our generation has. I like to have a face and voice I can put with the name. Also I wanted to "come clean" we couldn't stay Sat night.. We'd already discussed it (neither one of us was wild about driving back). It wasn't just because of the critters, I didn't bring my C-PAP, I have sleep apnea and need a machine to help me breath at night. So rather I liked it or not, we had to go home.
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Here's the group at Yazoo. We were lucky enough to have a bottle of Gerst Amber Ale fresh right from the bottling line.
