Swen, are they really bottling this for sale? I'd be more than happy to PayPal you some funds and give you my UPS number if you can get one to send to me. Not sure how many they'll bottle with only 16 barrels.
Sure was some good stuff.

Yes, they are bottling this (release party is on Mar 7, so likely soon). Haven't worked out whether I'll make the release party yet, but it will be on the shelves a few weeks after if last year is indication. I think that last year there was a four bottle limit, but as you all saw, it's still on the shelves, so the limit wasn't really necessary. I'm not sure why that beer gets overlooked. I think it's among the best beers produced in Nashville, if not the best. Maybe Blackstone isn't the trendy pick. Or maybe the $20 price tag keeps people away. For instance, you can get Sue, an award winning hi-grav smoked porter from Yazoo for $5. Of course, Kent described why the price tag is so high.

Regarding the electrical tape around the bottle caps when shipping.....I rest my case. Well, it's not exactly how I do (did) mine but similar.

The jealousy of my beautiful tape job is obvious. I bet if I had used pink tape you'd be all over it.

If it came off the bottles easily I wouldn't care what color it was, but that black bullet proof sh*t you put on was a pain in the a**.

Oh, do you know what's real easy to remove. A cap with no damn tape. :p

Yet another jealous hater. When I win the Beer Bottleman of the year, I'll have the last laugh. And it will be an evil laugh.
