Helped RedBEERd brew a Marinello IPA since my California buddies are coming in to visit the end of March. Simple grain bill, lots of hops (of course) gonna be ready the week before they arrive.
We brewed 2 beers last week for them as well. If they don't like any of the 3, frack em!

If you need help getting rid of any of those, you can ship them north!

Too cold to ship. You need to travel south to get them.

As nice as the weather is up here, it wouldn't take much arm twisting.

Just bottled my hard cider, which I had hopped with a little left over Tettnanger, sample was good. OG was 1.071 and FG came to 1.001.
Good judgment comes from experience, which comes from poor judgment.

Just bottled a 5 gal batch of my house APA

I will drain that glass again.

Still nothing for me. It's 9 degrees out today. I haven't brewed since December and it's killing me.

Bottled a Mr Beer Seasonal, a Belgian Spiced Christmas Ale today. I bottle primed and bottled out of the LBK, haven't done that in a while.

Brewed Yazoo Gerst at my LHBS kinda as a Intro to All Grain class. Everything went rather smooth, hit my numbers and we had a enjoyable day. Pitched a big starter of Wyeast 1968 at 7:00 at 62*. Looking forward to this beer.

Bottled Saison d'Olivia yesterday. OG 1.063, FG 1.009, 7.1% abv. To be honest, the OG probably shot up closer to 1.065-1.066 with the addition of blood orange juice in secondary. That being the case, looking more like 7.4% abv.
