Wondering if I should drink some Dos Equis to help Berryman with the skiing part of his adventure, while drinking one of my single hopped Pacific Gem ESBs. Which is like Fuggles and frankenberry, but not so Jolly Rancher like as El Dorado single hopped ESB was.

Well, well, well....

EDIT:

Tasty... I think samoas would be better, so I'll have to try that next time (peanut butter patties as well). I think I'll use homebrew stout to test the others...

Spent the evening at Triton Brewery. Started with a Soul Crusher IPA, followed up with a Midnight Rail black imperial IPA, then finished with a Bourbon Barrel Imperial stout. Then when we got home had a Belgian Tripple. I am surprised I can still type!!!

I have been enjoying the beers from Single Cut Beersmiths in beautiful Queens NY. Their beers are really nice. 4 to 5 stars. Right near LaGuardia airport. So if you are ever delayed, take a quick cab ride over & enjoy their brews. Tonight I had a Billy Full Stack IPA & a couple of Apocalypto 9 home brew IPA's - Life is good. :flag:

Evil Twin Femme Fatale Brett IPA. Different, but tasty. The brett yeast sure does add some funk to it. It goes well with the citrus side of the hops.

Starting to get your Sour on?

Since it took 3rd today. I'm Toasting to Big Fuzzy with the beer named after her. I brewed this beer last May on National Home Brew Day and it will be brewed on that day from now on.

Abita Macchiato Stout......actually not a bad beer....roasty (Sorry Ron) and doesn't have that taste that every Abita beer has in the background (at least I don't notice it).

Uinta Yard Sale Winter Lager. Tried Uinta's Bristlecone Brown Ale, not a very malty brown. Boys are drinking Uinta's Unita's Cutthroat Pale Ale.
