New to the Borg. Had bad batch of brewdemon twisted monk

Take a minute to introduce yourself to the Borg and tell us what's brewing. You can ask questions here too!

If it is infected, it won't age out. But you have nothing to lose by waiting. I have thought some batches infected, only to later find them good.

Yup....I'll take waiting a while over a drain dump any day of the week.

Maybe I did infect it but I'm finding it hard to believe that. I'm totally mild OCDish so I sanitized everything very well. But maybe I'm just in denial. I'm going to let it sit another week and then check a bottle, and then another bottle after two weeks. Just to check what's going on with the brew if it's truly infected. I'll try to remember to post my findings. And by the way this is in no way me trying to crap on brewdemon. Brewdemons been a really cool brewing experience for me so far as I'm just starting out.

I think you have the right attitude. Many of my early brews were disappointing. But I didn't learn to drive, or sail, or shoot, or fix cars in a day. All of it took time, brewing too. The day will come when you amaze friends with your beer.
