Tell us about what you have brewed so far, what you have read on the other site and what you do/do not understand about using none HME ingredients and we can all chat with you about what we have done to date since starting with the HME type batches.
Brewbirds has been doing all kinds of stuff since we first got started but we are by no means experts; just fellow journeymen on this new adventure.

Wow, 15 batches in 3 months. You're a machine, a rock star. I wish I had the discipline and endurance to do that. WTG!Togorok wrote:Well I am pretty new to this homemade beer thing... Re: Started with mr.beer
I could have done more but didnt want my wife to chop my balls off. Was trying to create a really nice pipeline so that way long conditioning periods would be easy unfortunately i have already drank about 5 batches and have another 5 that are just about ready and 6 more in the lbks only two have been really good so far still trying to figure out what tastes im enjoying the best....so far that howling red ale mb recipe was my fav.... Def a fan of the smooth english style ales

Me too! Mee too! Me started with MrB, but have moved on to grain. Now I'm a noob again... LOL, I love learning! I was still dabbling in MrB brews, but I'm soooooo pissed off at what they did.... gonna toss the last MrB HME I have on hand in the yard and target practice on it... gonna go ape shit on it... LOL BOOM! But let me digress... welcome to this forum!
