Meet the nicest people from the Borg!
Got to meet up with Louie MacGoo tonite, just as in meeting the Nashville group, it was like running into an old friend! Leigh led us to Atwater Brewery to get started had a flight of six and a pint of the Vanilla Java Porter, then over to Detroit Beer Co. for dinner and a nice IPA, ended up at Liberty Street Brewing for a couple pints before calling it a night. Good choices ! Thanks again Leigh!

Lucky dog(s)! Another sweet meet up.
We need to get together and do a brew together. Now that would be epic!

Wouldn't that? Meet up one weekend, bet there's someone that might know someone in the industry that we would be able to use there equipment to do that quantity. Come back in a month and keg or bottle.

That's great that you two had a chance to meet. I had my Leigh encounter about a year ago. It's as you described, just like meeting an old friend. We talked about family, life, oh and beer too.

Good beer, great company and a wonderful evening. I'm glad we were able to meet. It was nice to put a face to the Dawg and to meet your wife.

Same thing here, but honestly it was like we hadn't seen each other for a couple weeks and ran into each other on the street and said lets go get a beer. Same thing when I walked into The Pub in Nashville that Friday night!Inkleg wrote:That's great that you two had a chance to meet. I had my Leigh encounter about a year ago. Sorry I couldnt make it but Friday was just not in the cards between work and having to get up early on Saturday to continue on this %^&$ move. I always try and stop at DBC for their reuben balls, and until recently I knew the brewer fairly well and like talking hops. I would say if you make it out here again to let me know, but of course I will then be 250 miles away.
