I'll stir the next time I brew and we'll see what happens.
The nice thing is...I still have a 6 pack of the first round of Fruit Salad. Although, they have lost quite a bit of aroma already, they are still really good.

Just goes to show everyones system is different. Brewed Conans "I'll be back for more" Porter yesterday and didn't stir once after mashing in. Hit my volume and came in .002 points higher. Go figure.Beer-lord wrote:I think the reason I do so well with a BIAB is stirring every 15 minutes.
Ah, Fruit Salad, what a great beer.

Re: Fruit Salad
I give my mash a stir every 15 minutes, been pretty good on my targets except for playing with new toys and common sense goes right out the window! At least todays brain farts erred in the right direction to where I could correct with adding water.

Pitch temp was a little low on Sunday so this is just now really just getting started. Lots of bubbles in the airlock, and my basement is full of an amazing aroma!!!

This sounds amazing! I admit that I have not even heard of some of these hops.

Re: Fruit Salad
Bottled this one up today. I had a few ounces left that I tasted. It tasted much like I remeber the first batch tasted at bottling.
