Beer Camp

Post by mtsoxfan »

Hi all,

OK, it's been a while since I checked in. Another story for another day, nothing that some, if not most, of you haven't experienced...

Anyway, I found out about a Beer Camp, sponsored by Sierra Nevada. This is the ordinary Joe version. That's me, ordinary Joe... send 24 people to a two day "camp" where you tour the facility, talk about beer, yada yada yada... Top 10 vote getters and 14 selected by Sierra Nevada.

I entered late, as I discovered it by accident at a Sierra Nevada Bigfoot tasting. I'm not big into facebook or other social media, but unfortunately, that's what it takes to win. I am hundreds of votes out of contention, but I still believe in the underdog... That's me...UNDERDOG!!! (there are people who entered Sunday with more votes)

I really would appreciate any help you can give in the way of a vote. It's easy... log onto http://www.sierrabeercamp.com
and after entering your age, go to vote. I was #17 East Coast Connection Mike, and click vote. Feel free to see video, but I'm not talented in the ways of making a video. If you must view the video, yuck it up, but at least toss me a vote. You can vote once a day from any email address you have. Voting ends Tuesday 3/31

Thanks Borg. Hope I can become an active member again soon...

Guys, I really appreciate the votes. It was a jump compared to the daily votes I've been getting. Thanks Louie, it is above and beyond you voting then posting a link. Hopefully a few votes roll in from that.

While things are still looking grim, being several hundred votes out with 5 days to go, I'm still optimistic. This is the closest thing I have to social media which is running up votes fast and furious for the other competitors.

I know it's a lot to ask, but please try to vote daily. It doesn't hurt and only takes a few seconds, just enough time to work up a thirst for a home brew. Win or not, I appreciate the support you have show.

Mike
