Some Good Recipes!!!

Post by BlackDuck »

While doing a little research I found this link, sorry if it's been linked to elsewhere!

http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/recipes

It includes some recipes for a few very well known craft beers. Very Interesting.

Your welcome.

I want to know who is going to take the first go at the Pliny the Younger recipe. Reading the comments is quite interesting. The recipe uses 14 hopshots for a 12 gallon batch. And the sludge that it leaves behind looks disgusting.

I'd love to do it but I think I can still get a similar and great hop aroma, bitterness and taste with less hops.....or at least close enough and still have enough hop money left over for a Pale Ale. I'm brewing less 1 lb of hop beers now though I still will from time to time.
But, I never have had PTY so I have no idea what I'm missing.
