Brewing a new recipe; "Witty Belgian". Due to a longer mash and boil, i used more thn normal strike volume. Had a messy overflow when adding the grains.

Kegged a batch of Trippel, transferred a batch of Equinox Double IPA to secondary & dry-hopped with a couple of ounces of Equinox hops. The Equinox hops are new to me, and I don't recall ever having a beer with that hop as an ingredient. I'm looking forward to seeing how this one turns out!
Now I'm brewing a batch of Double Highway Ale, a Belgian style double ale.

I'm trying my hand at a wheat beer. But it's not going as planned (isn't that a surprise). I was thinking that I needed pale ale malt for the recipe. But now on brew day I find that I needed two row.

Oh well. I just went with what I had and we'll see what the results are.

My Lucky Foot pale ale has been fermenting all week. First time I've used the safale 04 in a long long time. Forgot how fast and compact it is. Should be ready to keg next weekend and than I get to harvest the yeast to keep it in stock. Plan on using it a bit more in my yeast arsenal :)

I don't know what to call it, but it's a hop bomb for sure!

Thought about doing it with Mosaic and Citra too.

Tuetonic Comet IPA
Looks pretty dang awesome to me! Never used nor tasted Comet but I really like your grain though looking at it I would have guessed it to have a higher OG but I see you're shooting for 6.25 gallons.
Gonna follow this one.

Does it make your teeth turn green? Does it smell like kerosene? Hopefully it does not make you ....
