Just finished bottling/kegging a batch of my Bengal in the Rye(Cincy Common)

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
I currently have 10 gallons of my Hiphopapocalypse IPA fermenting away on US-05 about a week now. Its got 8 ounces of Chinook and 4 ounces of Magnum hops in it and should finish around 5.8%.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Sampled my pale ale today and DAMN! was it tasty and smelt amazing. First time using citra and I'm a fan! Used centennial for bittering and a combo of cascade and citra for flavor and aroma. Was going to dry hop but the aroma was amazing at 10 days I didn't want to over do it. Kegging this weekend and will hit it with 30 psi to get it going quick. Not typically huge in to pale ales but if this tastes as good carbed as it did flat today I may turn in to a huge fan of this pale ale very fast!

Tonite I'm kegging the betterbeerkits.com Chico Pale Ale.....it'll be 2 weeks tomorrow and the fastest I've ever gone to keg even though I've not even checked if it's finished........but I know it is.
Hope to help RedBEERd brew a NB Black IPA tomorrow then make a starter for next Saturday's brew of Rectum RyePA for National Homebrew Day. I hope the new roof I need doesn't get in the way of that next week.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Ok, so I ended up bottling two kegs till they kicked.
Rum Barrel Stout - 11 bottles
A Toast to Big Fuzzy - 7 bottles
Kegged Sue, only got 4.5 gallons due to trub, . Not happy unless the beer is touching the gas tube. Wyeast 1968 leaves a lot behind.
Transferred my Brett IPA to secondary and dry hopped with 2oz each Centennial and Amirillo. This is not the same as the Nashville beer. It's more Pale Ale, so we'll see how it turns out.
Did a lot of cleaning and now enjoying a Atom Bomb.

Not a lot of time right now but I'm managing to squeeze in a 15-minute Citra Pale Ale.
I liked the previous verisons so we'll see how it comes out with minor tweaks and using Citra this time around.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Planning on kegging my Lucky Foot Pale Ale on sunday. My cousin brewed it with me so he is coming over to keg it. He is interested in the whole process and might look in to getting in to it. I have some better bottles for him to take home and get him started. I will most likely get him set up with a BIAB process since I have a few pots he can bring home to use and do it in.

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
I brewed an easy mode 30 minute Belgian Blonde with some of the Aramis hops I have. I'll post the recipe, but it's so simple it's not funny. Basically trying out the Lallemand Abbaye yeast in something simple to see what it does.
Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
I brewed up a batch of "Whoops!".
Anchor steam clone, except I was going to use 34/70 dry yeast instead of liquid since I have a bunch of it.
Which is all find and dandy. Until after you cut open the pack and toss it in you notice that it was a pack of Windsor that you grabbed by accident.
Whoops.
I guess I call it "British Steam".
EDIT: It's rocking already and smells good, so who knows I might have created something awesome by accident.
