In Vegas for a medical conference. Sin City Brewing makes some fine beers. Had a double IPA, a German wheat , and a dry Irish Stout tonight.

Middletown Pale Ale
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
Edgar Allan Poe

I forgot to post this last week. This was another Sour Sunday where my wife and I enjoyed a Strawberry sour from Almanac.

Re: What are you drinking?
I actually had the patience to save this for a year. It is the last one I've been saving. It was only my second all grain and twelfth batch overall. It is amazing how well this has aged. It is a saison using nelson sauvin hops. It really smells and tastes like a fine sauvignon blanc wine. Slightly tart, slightly sweet. Nice grape note with a super dry finish. This is going to be the first recipe that I'll brew twice. I'm putting this on the brew schedule.
