I agree 100%. I get a bit of 'wine grape' with Mosaic.
But, I've only made 1 beer with all Mosaic and likely just used too much of it. 5 oz in the boil and 2.5 dry hopped. That probably was not a good idea.
But others I've made with Cascade were pretty good.

Glad you liked it Chris. I don't get grapefruit at all from Mosaic. I get tropical, mango, orange but not grapefruit.

If I knew the hop schedule I would make a batch of this in a heartbeat!
