Put 60 bottles of ApocolypseNot Smoked Porter up Thursday night.
Got Hoppyness is Light Brew recipe mashing right now.
I've got the Green Kerosene IPA dry hopped and ready to bottle Monday,
AND HoppySan Sorachi IPA to be brewed tomorrow!

Whewww!! :sweat:

Pipleline is going to be in really good shape in about a month! :jumpy:

I would have bottled the South Ferry Steam Beer yesterday, but I worked ten hours and could barely think straight by the time I got home.

I'll do that today. And I'm psyching myself up to brew the PacTiki Pale Ale right afterward. I'm really exhausted from this massive workload I've been carrying lately, but my pipeline is dwindling, and I need to do something for myself, as I've already explained in my rant of last week.

Finishing the boil on a batch of Dave's 100 Years War IPA. I changed the recipe just slightly by adding twice as much amber DME. This is a great IPA. Thanks for the recipe, Dave! This is the third batch of it I have brewed.

Bottled my House IPA this morning... Hit 6.25% based on hydro readings, which is a tiny bit short from the 6.5% I had planned out, so that's a-ok by me. Strong pine on the nose and flavor. Me likey. I think I finally nailed down my IPA...

My first ever Black ipa (with beerlord's recipe) called BREAKING BLACK. Seemed to get a LOT almost 6 gallons bottled/kegged. Can't wait to see how it comes out. A tad high at 7.74 ABV

Brewing some "Peu Glorieux Saison". This will be my 25th batch and only to the first that I've brewed more than once. It's that good.

Brewing some BrewDemon Forbidden Fruit Hard Cider, first time brewing hard cider so hopefully this comes out fine. I'm having to put my LBK in a cooler with ice bottles to help keep the temperature down to mid 60s.

Doing a loose version of the Beersmith Kölschbier. I'm a big fan of a Kölschbier, especially in the Spring/Summer months. Similar, but a bit heartier than a pale lager, and a bit quicker to being ready because it's an ale. I usually do some pale lagers in the Spring as well, especially since I have so... much... beer... right now, so the time-to-drinking isn't that important, but I had been wanting to do this simple recipe for a while, so I'm going with it tomorrow morning. I have Pearle and Tettnanger on hand in the German hop varieties, so I'll likely go with that instead of the Spalt that they used. I think either would be fine. I also haven't totally decided if I'm going to shift a bit of the hops to a 20 minute addition. Technically true to style probably wouldn't have that addition, so I may well keep it where it's at. But I may change my mind.
