Kegged up 11 gallons of Amber Special Bitter, and a little over 5 gallons of CitArillo Session IPA from Big Brew Day. Both finished right about 4.6% ABV. The CitArillo has so much citrus flavor, 3 oz of Amarillo, 1@60, 1@20, 1@10 then 1oz Citra @5.

Made a quick batch of an apple cider today. 10 minutes and no clean up. 5.5 gallons of apple juice and U.S.-05 yeast. First time trying this. Will keep you posted.

That sounds good, a Red Ale possibly, would you care to share the recipe? A 5 gallon or a 2.5 gallon batch? Extract or All grain?
Thanks, Tony

Brewed a fiver of my Cream Ale yesterday. Modified the recipe a bit from the judges suggestions from the last competition. Simplified the grain bill a bit and upped the corn. Hopefully this is the final tweak to this recipe.

Went to the LHBS and got ingredients to brew a Tabby hefe and also a batch of LSS that I collabed with JJ on last year. Getting to that time of year where crisp, light, and refreshing are on my mind.

Replaced the O-rings in my kegs (the air in & beer out on the ball lock pins), brewed a batch of Viewcrest Double IPA, then threw in a few ounces of Equinox hops to dry-hop a batch of Equinox Double IPA.

Took my cider about 36 hours but it is finally bubbling away. Ciders ferment funny! No Krausen at all. The top is perfectly flat and clear. Only reason I know its fermenting is because the blow off is bubbling slowly.

"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber

Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Kegged the Crown Top Pale Ale yesterday, and I'm brewing the Pfat Tyre as I type this. It'll be nice to get the pipeline flowing again with some homebrew on tap.
