Wow, great job Leigh.

But I need to clear the air here. I see my name in the book and I don't feel it should be. Emma and I did converse quite a few times via email. I was given and still have the recipe that I was to brew Spring Blossom Maibock. I had the starter made and brew date set.
It was at that time my good friend Cecile's health took a turn. All my brewing including this recipe was put on hold for a few months. By the time life resumed normal, the book had gone to print. Though I would have loved to have brewed for the book it did not happen. I was where I was needed to be.

Super Cool for all involved. I would be bringing that book to bars and homebrew meetings to allow friends and strangers the privilege of buying me a beer.

If it has juniper and rye on the cover, then I just have to buy a copy. I'm all in when it comes to juniper and rye.

Yeah, I spent some time last night reading through it while sipping on a Scottish Strong Ale. :mug: There are some nice recipes in this book and some good info on brewing too. I plan to do a full review once I read through it.

We may need to start a book club! ;)
