I was finally able to brew a batch yesterday.
We've been on a home improvement kick lately,. My wife is recently retired and has given me a detailed "honey do" list.
I'm encouraging her to start a second career! I'm not used to being micro managed.
I made a hoppy APA ( bordering on IPA ).
I've treated my water with gypsum for my last couple of brews.
Next up is a stout or Screwy's 420 wheat. I love the 420 wheat recipe,

2 retired people in 1 home can be a challenge.
I hope you have a heavy door on the man cave. Glad you got to brew again. I like hoppy APA's too. Who knew?

I did brew today. I had forgotten how quickly one can make an extract+grains batch. I started at one, finished by three.

Way to go, Banjo and John!
Me, I've been brewing fairly regularly, but my pipeline is currently dry. So I guess that means I've been drinking fairly regularly, too. Thank goodness I can find good quality craft beer in my neck of the woods.
