Re: Another Disciples of Hop series
Here too
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."
Edgar Allan Poe

Wait! Water falls from the sky where you live?!?!
Re: Another Disciples of Hop series
It's all done!
Looking for 1.045 and got 1.050. Got 6 gallons in the fermenter and me thinks I will need a blow off. It tasted uber bitter. But. At about 115 IBUs, what did I expect?
