Besides the fact that it's a SEAFOOD restaurant (what creature has legs and thighs that is seafood?), what's a THEIGH?

Mackinac Island Red - I call this "Michigan Red"
Oatmeal Stout - I call this Not Fat, Stout - Oatmeal Stout

Bottled 5 gallons of Ann Arbor Red on 4/18/17. Bottled 5 gallons of Michigan Red on 5/8/17.

Brewed in 2017 - 22.13 gallons (19.91 in 2012, 48.06 in 2013, 61.39 in 2014, 84.26 in 2015,46.39 in 2016)
Brewed in lifetime - 282.14 gallons
Drinkable beer on hand -  13.58 cases, with 6.11 cases ready in May and early June.
Average cost per 12 pack through all beer brewed - $6.27(ingredients only)

I do not believe there is any sea creature with legs or "theighs" that is Halal/Kosher. Although some of my Jewish neighbors might wish this were the case.

So whatever it is, it must taste like chicken. I doubt it is lamb or goat or such. That would be a hella lot of food LOL.

Washed my WY1272 from the Etcitra I bottled a couple days ago. I've never recovered so much yeast from a batch before! It's a solid inch-thick layer sitting in that jar!

What did he do to himself? I know there were rumors he was dead but maybe he was and he came back to life. That's the only explanation I can think of.
