A Cincy Common
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

May I present to you Rectum RyePA. Floral meets spicy. Much love! Another week in the kegerator and she'll be perfect. This might be my best personal recipe from scratch.

Finally decided to buy some Brew Dogs Punk IPA to see all the hype. Really not bad at all. Only 5.6%, 35 IBU's which is barely an IPA but its mildly tropical and a quite tasty beer. It poured very foamy and I lost some beer though its not old and has a drink by date of 7/1/15.

Had a friend over earlier who is a big stout fan, a Big Fuzzy fan for sure. I was looking in my "cellar" freezer to share a Goose Island Bourbon County with him, when he saw a bottle in there with BF on it. I told him no and we enjoyed the GIBC which he thought was amazing (which it is). So we're talking when he mentions Big Fuzzy again. Only this time he's talking about the keg (on the gas since last Saturday) of it sitting in the "cellar". We finish sharing the Goose Island at 13.8% abv and I tell him if I can find a tap we can try it. No tap to be found, but I do find 6 feet of tubing, a picnic tap (which are on all my kegs) and a liquid out post. So you guessed it, after making a new tap line,(8 taps pouring at Naked Cat Brewing now) we tried Big Fuzzy.

This beer was brewed 5-2-15, OG 1.112, kegged 5-23-15 FG 1.036. Verdict, this is better than the last and has only been on the gas for a week.
Matt said that he was a little nervous how BF would compare to the Goose Island we just shared, but said that it stands on it's own. That made me feel pretty darn good.
