List your favorite hop
Since we have an expanded forum (love the power Louie has) I'll start a topic asking what's your favorite hop.
Me, I can't limit it to one but I do love all the C hops and especially love Simcoe, Amarillo and Citra. Of course I'm a hop head.
So, what's your favorite hop?

Man....it's hard to choose.
I had a Mosaic IPA that was awesome, never used the hops though.
Favorite hop I've used?
Cascade, then Chinook, then Simcoe, then Centennial.
They are all great in their own way...except Magnum, pure bittering haha.
I really really want to try galaxy hops.

Re: List your favorite hop
When I first started brewing, Saphir. Now it's a toss up between Calypso and Falconer's Flight.
Re: List your favorite hop
We did an all Palisades Blonde that was great. Then did the same Blonde with Galena for bittering and Palisades up front and it was completely different. Palisades is great but Galena we need to experiment with how much to use.

Can't pick one. That is like asking what my favorite beer is. Happens to be what I have at the time what I am brewing and drinking

I guess Cascade and Centennial since I use them most often in my house APA. Going to start growing Cascades next spring so, yeah...I'll go with Cascade.

Kind of a toss up right now. Falconers is the ish for sure. I used them and Centennial in my Amber Ale. Havent tried that one yet, so no verdict, but Centennial smells awesome. I didnt want to throw them in the pot, I just wanted to smell them!

Falaconer's Flight hops rock, my #1 go to right now, but I am fickle, might be something else later.

What I like best depends on what beer I am making.

I love 'em all, but my favorite is Simcoe (R).

Re: List your favorite hop
If I had to pick just one, I'm going with Simcoe.
