Today I am brewing the 9/Fifteen Pale Ale for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner.
Last week, I brewed the Saison D'etre for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner.
Next week I will brew the Groomsman's Pride IPA for my future son-in-law to gift his groomsmen.
At that time, I will have all three of my carboys filled with beer that is not for me.
I knew parenthood meant making sacrifices, but I never knew the scope of those sacrifices until now.

Well, you will get to drink some of all 3 won't you? Just sneak a few more bottles for the brew master and no one will be the wiser.

Yes, there MUST be quality control checks.
Been there, did the 20 gallons of beer for my daughters wedding. Was a labor of love that was enjoyed by many.

Re: Making the ultimate sacrifice
Yes, I'll obviously be attending the rehearsal dinner, and I'll surely end up with a few bottles of the Groomsman's Pride, as well. Besides, I've got a fiver of Pfat Tyre that I'm going to keg next weekend, a case of Kölsch that I bottled yesterday, and some more stuff that's conditioning, so it's not as if the pipeline is going to dry up completely.
I just find it interesting that I'm working on a commission basis at the moment.
