Drank the last or next to last bottle of my BrewDemon Ye Olde Devil Nut Brown Ale Recipe, mmmm good stuff, hopefully not the last bottle though. I also opened one of my BrewDemon American Prophecy Ale Recipe Plus, and now that it's conditioned some more it's turning out to be pretty good.

Re: What are you drinking?
Home brewed cherry wheat.
Good judgment comes from experience, which comes from poor judgment.

Inky Gerst is gerstier than my Gerst (which makes sense, as i was working off of old/flawed data)...

Re: What are you drinking?
Just had another Ghost in the Machine from Parish Brewing (Broussard, LA) ....STILL THE BEST BEER IN LOUISIANA BY A MILE!!!!!!!!!
This beer is more than just a Triple Crown. It's everything you want in a beer......still has great nose, beautiful color and dank pineapple fruitiness.
If I could make beer like this, .....well, I likely wouldn't be on a beer message board

Re: What are you drinking?
I poured the trub bottle of my hefe last night just to see how the flavor turned out. It's got a faint citrusy note in the finish but a good and not overwhelming banana character from the yeast. Perfect!
Re: What are you drinking?
Its 8:25pm and still almost 90 degrees, and I just finished cutting the grass. And this is going down so good right now. What a refreshing beer.

What are you drinking?
It's 7:05PM here and it is 71 degrees, just got home from work. I'm preparing a meal right now (Vermicelli with Chicken Skewers & Nuoc Cham sauce) & drinking a delicious home brewed Viewcrest Double IPA. Super strong @ 10.2% ABV, balanced with a great hop aroma from Amarillo & Simcoe hops.

Re: What are you drinking?
English Special Amber I brewed as part of a challenge at our LHBS brewers forum to brew a flavorful yet light ABV beer. Mine ended up @ 4.5% it has a nice light balance between malt and hops, easy drinking yet has some body.
