Some of Blackduck's Cream Ale, some Rectum Rye, and finished with a Union Jack.
I'm a happy man on a Friday night in summer time-ville.

I am workin' on a keg of my CC bottled/kegged in April.
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Kilt Skiers Bier de Mars. It is very stable stuff, taste has not changed even a wee bit from last bottle I had.

Was at SWMBO's end of year picnic, they had an IPA, Summer Wheat, and a Saison. Don't care for Saison's, the IPA smelled, and tasted, of pine, so drank the Summer Wheat which besides a kick had not much to it. Tend to like my wheats, unless I'm only having one, either like a Blue Moon, or with a light fruit taste.

My Falconer's Fist summer ale, while I brew up an as-yet-unnamed another summer ale with a new (to me) hop: Mandarina Bavaria. Looking forward to comparing the citrus profile.

Inky's Gerst. Wow, tastes exactly like I remember it in Nashville. Wish I had a side by side but this one is very enjoyable.

A two year old lager of some kind. Quite good been lagering under pressure for close to that time. Has a very nice toffee notes a rich, solid malt backbone. DAMN!! Wish I knew what it was! I want to brew this again. If memory serves me right. It is a 75% 30L Munich and 25% Pilsener malt brew. Probably with Saaz or Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.

Kicked the 2.5 keg of my Stone Cold Petine Pale Ale, pulled and replace with 5 g keg of my English Special Amber. The 3 tapper now has CitArillo Session IPA, Awe-Rye Pale Ale and the English.

Poured myself a quality control sample of the latest batch of Tabby, and I must say that it is absolutely PERFECT!! Well pronounced banana esters in the flavor and aroma, and I used Saphir hops this time around. The Saphir is only used once for bittering but there is a faint citrusy flavor in there that just takes the overall flavor of the beer to the top! Amazing how a change in hops and a 4 degree difference in temperature make such a huge difference in the beer.

Inkleg's Gerst clone, in proper glassware of course. This is well done. It gets better as it warms a bit. At first, when it was cold out of the fridge I thought it was missing the maltiness, but as it warmed, it's right there. Awesome job brewing this, and thanks for sending it.

A Rye Red. My first Rye I've brewed and at first didn't know if I really cared for it, but now it's growing on me and is good.
