Brought my Kolsch keg to a picnic yesterday. Set it up in an ice bath. Worked pretty well. Was a hit at the picnic. Went through about half the keg. Probably would have killed it if it wasn't 90+ with a storm hitting around 5 that forced everyone inside because of tornado warnings in the area.

Glad you enjoyed Chris, we had a Hofbrauhaus open in Cleveland I think last year, haven't been yet. Then we have a new restaurant going in on East Ave in Mentor, where Perfect Match was, Harry's Hofbrau supposed to be authentic and serve HB brews along with local craft.

Since learning to homebrew, I've always poured my beer to where I leave a small bit behind in the bottle so as not to pour sediment into the beer. Today I realized with my Hefeweizen I can drink it right out of the bottle because I am supposed to drink the yeast with it! So yes, I'm having a Tabby.
