As far as I am aware, the fear of phytoestrogens, IE "men should not eat soy because it will make them girly" and from whatever other source, IE hops, is complete nonsense. The only real scientific study I am aware of showed that consumption levels of those substances has no effect on actual measurable levels of estrogen like substances in a mans body, and mens ability to um... perform... their normal functions was affected in no way whatsoever. The short answer is that you simply piss the stuff out.

So file this herbalists report into the circular repository, and drink some hoppy homebrew.

Biochemistry/Ochem is a lot more complicated then what goes in does something in a linear fashion. It doesn't work that way.
