Re: Pictures
I have been converting my grandmothers collections of slides to digital images so that they can be but on external hard drives and be given out to the family. I have found some really neat pictures. I apologize for the picture overload, but it's a picture thread so why not?
First up is a modified GMC 350. I would guess late 50s but I have been having a hard time pinning down an actual year. It was modified by my grandfather and some of his coworkers in order to measure road surface height variations. According to my grandmother their goal was to be able to get it to with in a millionth of an inch measurements like most of the companies other tools. Not sure I quite believe that accuracy level but that is what the company did so maybe. Next up is a group of old cars. You know when you find a set of slides from 1952 that are titled old cars you will get some neat ones.
This 1910 Buick seemed to be a favorite. There are a lot of pictures of it.

Re: Pictures
I guess I will have to do 2 posts because of the attachment limit.
Here is a Hudson that I found interesting because of the external controls as well as the fact that it is Right Hand Drive. And the ladies traveling fashion is certainly different from now. And finally a Rolls Royce.

Yeah I got that also.

I am drinking ale today."

Re: Pictures
I'm sure the likes are for tspring as a whole, and that the particular shirt shown is based on browser history (cookie) data. So short answer is nobody but us.

Bought a shelf at ikea for my glassware... I need a bigger shelf. Or another one! But I like how this came out.
