Been busy and haven't been around much. Finally some downtime and enjoying the last of my homebrewed amber ale.
Good judgment comes from experience, which comes from poor judgment.

My Summer Wheat, only been on the gas since Monday. Nice light mouthfeel, mash temp was low and this finished at 1.002 using WB-06 yeast. I'm almost getting Belgian characteristics from this, little clove and a little banana, kept it fermenting at 66 degrees.

Sweet "Lil Red, only been in the bottle for a week but good carb. I've brewed this beer a lot and have it down. The conditioning was all done in in a secondary and ready to drink now

Re: What are you drinking?
Tapped a keg of my American Wheat
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Ruination 2.0. A kiss in the mouth including the tongue. Citrus, pine, but a balanced, hoppy, bitterness. Wish I could brew this.

Re: What are you drinking?
Anchor Sour Mash Rye IPA. Nice spicy and crisp from the rye, mixes well with the Nelson Sauvin hops.

I am drinking one of my accidental "British Steam" beers that tastes like a Belgian Pale Ale.
