Looks awesome, rabbit!
Re: Single Tier Stand Build
Finally had something go smoothly with this build. Mounted the motor today in a psuedo fashion. I bolted it on to a board that I can remove when the burners are on and put back in whenever I need to. It can run fine off the ground too! Pretty happy with the way it works. It is also mounted where I can easily change the inlet from a center to a an inline which may happen down the road.

Love my center inlet pump, will never change to an inline. Once you see how easy it is to prime, you won't want to change either.
Why are you mounting burner control and pump control on opposite sides of the stand?

The gas line is on the back side because I didn't want it near my fear and liquid dripping on it. The actual burner control is the regulator on the propane tank which has a 15' house so I can wrap it around to the front and control the burner. I've used this pump enough to know it works well but priming is easier if the in is pointing straight up and the out is pointing down. Plus with a second pump the out can't be pointing to the right as it will interfere with the other pump.

Re: Single Tier Stand Build
Just placed an order for the final few items that I needed to complete my build. Was a bit more expensive than I would have liked but it will be done and I won't need anything else for a long time.
Here is what I ordered
- another center inlet pump, yes ink, it was only $2-3 more for the center so I went with it.
- quick disconnect kit for pump to keg
- 15" false bottom, 1/2" ball valve, and dip tub kit
- mash re circulation set up and sparge arm setup
- and some extra tubing. Should have it by Monday. Can finish putting together next weekend and than brew in another week! Can't believe how much is invested in this but in the end it will be exactly how I wanted it and that is what matters to me!

Dude, I think I love you. We can marry now in all 50 states.....wanna?
Seriously, I don't think I have the patience for what you and others do but I love watching it bloom. I'm a simple, (cheating) BIAB brewer who likes what I got and gots what I like. But, I do dream of a E-BIAB one day if I live long enough.

Got in the rest of the parts for the stand build. Spent a little time putting the fittings on the pump. Need to get to Lowes to get some bolts and washers to mount it on the board. Than I need a drill bit to start the hole on the new keggle to add in the recirculation tube and sparge arm and fit in the false bottom. Will have the hole finished on Wednesday at the club meeting. Should be able to have it all put together for this weekend and do another wet run. Scheduled brew day of 7/18 is looking better and better!
Here are the final few parts!

Successful wet test today! Found a few small leaks that I was able to tighten up and I was good to go.
Real test is in 2 weeks for her maiden voyage. I determined I will need a good set of gloves for the higher temps for the cam locks as they will get hot. I will have some on the fly adjustments that will need to be made as well but for the most part I was happy with how it worked today. I decided to not mount the plate chiller at this point. It works just fine on the ground with the pump all hooked up. Can't wait for the real thing!
Mash Tun, without false bottom in there for the test. Wanted to make sure the sparge arm worked well. Will be even better when I can get the ring attached. Forgot to buy the tool, which is on order now, to lock the ring on.

Preparing for her inaugural running tomorrow. Got the mash tun set for a little extra insulation and made sure my conical wouldn't leak.... which it does from the thermo port. Going to remove it once I drain the star san and wrap the thread a little better and see how that goes. Getting excited! Will take pictures of course
