I get a rare 3-day weekend (which I need about as much as I need air, right about now). I'll be shopping for some fine edibles Friday morning (which I'll whip up on Saturday), heading to the LHBS afterwards, then bottling and grilling on Saturday, and brewing on Sunday.

This is how I will celebrate my country's independence. I hope every Borg member celebrates safely in his/her own way. And take a little time to remember the Founding Fathers and how brilliant and forward-looking they were. Truly an amazing group of individuals, those patriots.

Happy 4th of July to all of us. No doubt. ….looking around for that like or agree with button.. Oh well. I've got an extended weekend, I'm taking monday off due to working last saturday (no overtime just comp time) and I've got today (Friday) off too. Hopefully I'll be able to get some BD Wild Spirit IPA bottled, some more brewed, and check out some hard cider that should be ready to drink..

Happy 4th everyone. I had the honor of helping my Dad and a few others in his neighborhood put flags up around the common areas of where they live. And my daughter loved helping too.

Happy 4th to all. Be safe today.

Here's a local story of a local Brewery honoring some of those who gave they're all to keep us free. I haven't tried one of these yet but I plan to

Because you drink the yeast in a hefeweizen, we were drinking right out of the bottle! We also killed my stash of Etcitra, Etcitra drinking from out of the bottle and that one wasn't bad at all even with the sediment!
