Sweet 'Lil Red again tonight. This is kinda my house beer, I've brewed it 5 or 6 times and it doesn't last to long. I will have to brew it again soon. I did it with 05 yeast the first couple times but have been using 04 now and it is much better.

Had two I Jumped Over The White House Fence Honey Porters and that's it for me. Cooking brats and burgers, with corn and fried potatoes, for dinner. Tomorrow is GarageSaleAPalooza, trying to get rid of more collectibles/crap of my father in-law. 5 mops anyone? :o

Warning - anyone responding to this post must come and pickup 20 pounds of rusty screws/nails/hardware... Plenty for the entire Borg...

Last summer we recycled 7.7 TONS of scrap metal at the scrap yard. Thank god for my F-150.

100 Years War IPA. I have slightly modified Dave's recipe. This is the 3rd batch of it I have done and it is now in my regular rotation. Best extract recipe for a Rye IPA I have come across. :happybeer:

I just opened a BrewDemon Forbidden Cider recipe that just finished carb/cond today. I put a little too much water in the fermenter when I made it so it's a little weak, but drinkable never the less. I've done that on another brew before, gotta keep to the recommended amounts.

Working on finishing our English IPA RCE. Good to the last drop. Nice and bitter to the end, I love it. I need to brew it up soon again for a good fall warmer upper. Next in line is my Petite Saison (Norther Brewer kit). Had some pretty good vibes when kegged, looking forward to it. Sure wish I had a few taps set up so I could serve up more than one brewski at a time.

Ruin Ten......oh wow! You have no idea you're drinking a Triple IPA at all. Smooth and the hops are just right. The nose is not as much as I remember. Tropical notes with a whiff of coconut but just slightly.
This beats the 7/4/15 Enjoy By to death. Not sure why EB was just not as good as normal (though I still love it).
If you like Triple IPA's or just like a well balanced, hoppy beer, give Ruin Ten a try before it's gone.

TWIN THINGS!

Yes, this is only out once a year and is SOOO much better than the latest Enjoy By it's not even the same planet. And it IS smooth. As Paul said, it's not burning at all. Can't tell it's almost 11%. It's almost beer candy to me. And for some reason it's cheaper than their regular beers. Go figure.

I went out and got 5 of these and may get more. It's a beer I sip and don't drink in a few minutes but for 6.99, I'm in.

Genesee Cream Ale one of the first cream ales. I make one close to it but not quite the sweetness and a little more hop forward. I have drank a lot of this in my younger days and sometime just have to go back.
