Bell's Best Brown clone
Irish Hills Red - I call this "Ann Arbor Red"
Mackinac Island Red - I call this "Michigan Red"
Oatmeal Stout - I call this Not Fat, Stout - Oatmeal Stout

Bottled 5 gallons of Ann Arbor Red on 4/18/17. Bottled 5 gallons of Michigan Red on 5/8/17.

Brewed in 2017 - 22.13 gallons (19.91 in 2012, 48.06 in 2013, 61.39 in 2014, 84.26 in 2015,46.39 in 2016)
Brewed in lifetime - 282.14 gallons
Drinkable beer on hand -  13.58 cases, with 6.11 cases ready in May and early June.
Average cost per 12 pack through all beer brewed - $6.27(ingredients only)

I'm in. Even though my father in law lives right around the corner from the DFH motel. But brewing there would be cool!

A five hour boil, would probably have to start with about 13 gals. to end up with 5 :)

I'd love to win something like this but I'm not that lucky on winning stuff, but the wife on the other hand wins things all the time. I'm going to have her enter this too. Last year she won $1300 from Arbby's on a contest. We go to a casino and I spend $100 to get drinks and come away with nothing and she spends $25 and we go home with $300

Hmm... 300 minutes... do a mash hop, with a step decoction mash - Maybe throw some hops into each decoction - then a first wort hop, then the boil, then a hop stand. Could probably make it work as "300 minutes" of time in contact with hops without boiling off everything that way. Not sure it would be worth it. Except to say you did it. But if anyone wants to try it in the fall, hey, I'm game for anything.
